MEANING:
noun
1. To do something bad and get away with it
2. To dance around the law i.e. the cha-cha
3. To be just downright rude/vulgar

HOW TO DO THE BUNG CHA CHA
1) Chose a dance step - How wld Bung dance all over the law?
2) Do or say something rude - it's not Bung if it's not rude
3) Take a pic or a video clip with your handphone or canggih camera
4) Upload & share with the group
5) At some point, all dance steps will be compiled so we can berdansa bersama-sama in flash-dance mobs around the negara!

ETYMOLOGY:
Named after Bung Mokhtar Radin, Member of Parliament of Kinabatangan, Sabah, renowned for being a serial utterer of sexist remarks and other obscenities in Parliament.

Since becoming Member of Parliament in 1999, Bung has been responsible for some of these comments in Parliament:

“Boleh masuk sikit?” - 2001
“Mana ada bocor? Batu Gajah pun bocor tiap-tiap bulan juga.” - 2007
"You are lucky that you are only in a wheelchair and did not die. Even in a wheelchair you want to create trouble in here. Shut up and sit down." (to Karpal Singh, MP Bukit Gelugor, who is disabled) - 2006
“As a disabled [Karpal Singh] should act like one, but his mouth is not like a disabled.” 2008

Most recently, he again showed his dexterity on the Malaysian legal dance floor when he took another wife illegally

Bung Mokhtar, Kinabatangan Member of Parliament and Barisan Nasional backbencher's club deputy chairperson, pleaded guilty to marrying second wife Zizie Izette A Samad without the court's consent on 20 April.
